By visiting the site, playing a game or creating an account you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookies Policy and our Responsible Play policy.
2. Who can use the site
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must live in the United Kingdom.
- You may hold only one account, and it must be in your own name with accurate details.
We may ask you to confirm your age or details at any time and may suspend an account where we reasonably believe these rules are not met.
3. Free-to-play service
Everything on the site is free. There is no real-money play, no purchases and no prizes of money or real-world value.
- Virtual coins are given free (for example as welcome coins or a daily bonus).
- Coins have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money, goods or services.
- We may change coin amounts, bonuses and levels, or reset balances, at any time.
- Results in free games do not suggest future success at real-money gambling.
4. Your account
You don't need an account to play. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password private and for all activity on your account. Tell us straight away through our Contact page if you think someone else has used it.
You can sign up with an email address and password or with Google. We store your account on our server as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time from My account.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:

- try to access other players' accounts, our server, account files or logs;
- copy, modify or redistribute our games, artwork or code;
- interfere with the security or performance of the site;
- use the site for anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.
6. Our games
All games on the site are original Vlad Tasoff titles hosted on our own server and shown in an embedded frame. We try to keep them available and working, but we don't guarantee they will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove games at any time.
7. Intellectual property
The site, games, artwork, logos, text and code belong to Vlad Tasoff or our licensors. You may use them only to play on the site for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
8. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if we're required to by law, or to protect players or the site. You can close your account at any time. When an account is closed, its coin balance and level are removed and cannot be restored.
9. Our liability
The site is provided free of charge for entertainment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses or for any loss of virtual coins, levels or progress.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If we make important changes we'll show a notice on the site.
11. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although you may also bring proceedings in your home part of the UK. Questions? Use our Contact page.
